No and yes. Stilletos are not shoes that are made for walking long distances or standing so I really wouldn't suggest wearing them on a daily basis because they are so high that it can later cause back and leg problems.

Although if you are gunho about wearing them daily you can certainly get shoe pads from your local pharmacy or corn cushions so that they feel a little better. Also, check around. I can't remember the designers name, but Oprah mentioned some guy who makes stilletos and they are ultra comfortable, but be ready to pay major bucks for them!

Absolutely NOT. The female body is not designed to wear stilettos.
Being a slave to someone's idea of fashion at the expense of the health of your FEET is rather stupid.
Wear sensible shoes, it will not only be better for your feet, it will be better for your posture and BACK too.

Not only will it cause hammertoe it will also cause bunions, and your calf muscles will begin to shorten and you will be in pain when you don't wear them. You are also in danger of shin splints because of the amount of pressure on the front of the leg when wearing stilettos. The only way you could wear them on a daily basis without any injuries, is if you sit or lie down most of the day. If you are up and walking and on your feet for the biggest part of the day they are not very healthy for your feet or legs.
